Question 1

Do you work with existing sites or only new builds?

Accepted Answer

Both. Rebuilds are among our most common projects, and we keep what's working on your current site.

Question 2

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

Most business sites go live within two weeks of you approving the design. Online shops and custom builds take longer, and you get the timeline in writing before we start.

Question 3

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every package comes with a monthly plan that covers updates, fixes and support over WhatsApp.

Question 4

Can you work with our existing developer or team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can work alongside your in-house team or another agency.

Question 5

What do you need from us to get started?

Accepted Answer

Tell us what your business does and what the site needs to do, plus your current site if you have one.

Question 6

Do you handle hosting and deployment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set up the hosting, put the site live and look after it. The hosting account is in your name.

Question 7

Who owns the domain, hosting and code?

Accepted Answer

You do. The domain, hosting and analytics are in your name, and the code is yours once the final invoice is paid. We set it all up and manage it, so you never have to log in, and nothing switches off if you stop working with us.

Question 8

Can you integrate with our existing tools like CRM and email?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Tell us what you use (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and so on) and we'll confirm before we quote.

Question 9

What makes you different from a regular agency?

Accepted Answer

You deal directly with Billy and Andrew, who design and build your site. No account manager in between.
